If you’ve had a coach and are now looking for something different in a coaching relationship, this may be good too.

People come to coaching with a longing for something. If that sounds like you, your coach will be your guide in discovering what it is you truly want, help you identify what’s getting in your way (real or self-imagined) and co-create a plan to get you where you want to go. We’ll dig deep and, for sure, it will feel uncomfortable at times (that’s where the self-awareness and learning lives). The good news is you don’t have to go it alone; your coach will be right there with you.
We have been champions for all kinds of people, from all kinds of places and in all kinds of professions for more than a decade. Typical engagements are open-ended, starting with two one-hour sessions a month, and continue until you are complete.

For employees inside organizations, Hot Coffee Coaching offers individual coaching for leadership development, sales belief and motivation development and career advancement of high performers, as well as in conjunction with performance reviews and performance improvement plans. Coaching relationships are confidential between coach and client and, when appropriate, check-ins with key stakeholders are included in the engagement to ensure alignment of individual and corporate goals. An optional 360 assessment, The Leadership Circle, can be administered by a certified practitioner and included in the leadership development engagement.

For teams, our coaches are professionally trained and experienced trainers and facilitators who can be engaged for team coaching, group training and meeting facilitation.

For department, company or industry events, our coaches are professionally trained and experienced public speakers, recognized as industry experts on a variety of topics, and are available for presentations and workshops at corporate or industry events. Ask about relevant topics and/or let us custom co-create a presentation or program for you.

Julie Colbrese, MCC/CPCC/BCC has been coaching and training coaches for more than a decade. She is a current faculty member of the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and a mentor coach for the International Coach Federation (ICF).

For coaches in or entering certification, Hot Coffee Coaching offers discounted six, 10 or 12-session packages that meets the requirements of CTI and the ICF, as well as many other coach training certification programs.

Without exception, all of Julie’s certification clients have successfully completed their program and earned their respective certifications.
