Coaches

You are brilliant.

Wow, I wasn’t expecting us to get there today.  What a natural segue in the conversation and you handled it beautifully.

I know you came into my life at this juncture for this purpose.  I so appreciate your support and help to both of us.

Bill Bunkers, CPCC/ACC

With a career spanning more than 30 years of organizational and team leadership in the agency business, Bill brings wisdom, compassion and a sense of humor to his coaching. Bill is thrilled to be working with clients committed to challenging their personal creative brief. During agency life, Bill saw and experienced just about everything: killer pitches and pitches that should have been killed; fast growth and the culture change that come with it; mergers and acquisition; lay-offs and losses; a lot of opinions about “the creative”; more than his share of pyrotechnics (the 4th of July kind and the inter-personal kind); and great people who cared about the work and each other.

After all that, Bill still believes some of the most interesting people are agency people…and as good as they are, they could probably benefit from having a coach in their corner. Bill experienced the benefits of Co-Active Coaching firsthand and credits it — and his coach! — with helping him hit goals that had been previously out of reach. He only wishes he had learned about coaching earlier in his career.

Bill is trained and certified as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and earned his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) distinction from the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is a member of the ICF and the Chicago Coach Federation (CCF). Bill holds a B.A. from The University of Missouri and an M.A. from Northwestern University.
