Team coaching can create new learnings and shift internal dynamics to move an entire team or department forward together. Internal coaching relationships are custom created and can include a variety of exercises and approaches based on the values and goals of your organization. Most often a one or two-day program, facilitated by one of our certified coaches, launches a three, six or 12-month team coaching engagement. Paired with individual coaching, the results can be life-changing for participants and the organization as a whole.
Workshops & Speaking
Our coaches are frequent industry speakers and trained facilitators on topics including coaching, communication, managing conflict, leadership and creativity. All engagements are custom-created to your goals and audience. Occasionally we offer public programs. Our coaches are certified practitioners of The Leadership Circle, The Manager’s Circle and The Leadership Culture Survey, a leading 360 assessment for individuals and organizations. These online assessments can be used before and/or after a coaching engagement for individuals, teams or an entire organization to provide insight and measurement of your ROI.
