Introducing The Leadership Circle 360 Assessment
For some leaders, a great place to start is the The Leadership Circle 360 assessment. As a certified practioner, your coach will facilitate the evaluation process, debrief the assessment with you and co-create a coaching and action plan based on the results.
Typical engagement includes assessment and 90-minute debrief, followed by coaching commitment.
As a working parent who is leaning in to both my family and my career, intention and investing my energy appropriately are mission critical. Julie helped me define what both of those look like in my life and led me through a process of self-discovery to help me better align my day-to-day actions to my priorities. I am a better and less stressed professional – and mother – as a result. Thank you, Julie!

Today was the end of the quarter and I finished #1 for the month, #1 for the quarter, and I am currently #1 for the year in my role in the U.S. Feels a lot better than when I called you almost a year ago. Thanks again for all your help.
Just wanted to let you know that I registered for the other triathlon. So whichever one I choose to race — I’m in!!
Thanks for a great session. I feel inspired to let go of the victim and really work toward a positive frame of mind.
